MUUSE was built on the pillars of the legendary, late 1700s Scandinavian cooperative movement. This Nordic collective stood for socio-political change and working together to get stronger results. The two UUs in MUUSE symbolize this movement: there is more than one "you" designing each MUUSE collection. Like most fashion brands, we scout skill and fresh, inventive talent graduating from the world’s best schools. The difference is that at MUUSE we invite new talent to join a cooperative where we manage the production and the designers are individually credited for their work under the MUUSE brand name.
